Fishing Tournament

For 2024 there will be no separate  categories, just adult and youth

  • Any freshwater or saltwater fish species that can be legally taken with rod and reel are eligible. There is no minimum size limit for any species to count for the tournament.
  • All applicable laws governing size, creel limit, seasons, etc. do apply if you keep the fish. You do not have to show your fish to prove size, weight or number of catch. You are encouraged to take photos of your catch to be shared with others participating in the tournament.

There will be two achievements in adult and youth categories recognized. They will be determined by: total number of fish caught, and total length of fish caught.

The tournament director and staff reserve the right to modify or amend tournament rules, recognition categories, etc. in keeping with adverse fishing or weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the director’s control. Every effort will be made to notify participants of any changes; however, this may not be possible in all cases. In the event of a tie, a coin toss will determine the winner.

  • Participants should tally their catch on the attached tally sheet and then enter their final numbers on the electronic scorecard.  Each participant should complete only one electronic scorecard.
  • Participants are encouraged to upload photos of their fishing trip(s) on the official scorecard.
