Virginia State Parks Employee Benevolence Association (VSPEBA) Fall Prize Drawing. Every year this prize drawing is made possible thanks to the generosity and craftsmanship of you, your fellow Rangers, and alumni who donate gift cards, outdoor gear, tools, hand-crafted items, gift baskets filled with local and/or themed goods, overnight stays in great locations, and more.
